Born & raised in Lancaster County, Kim Wingert has lived in Lititz for 25 years. After serving as special features editor at Lancaster Newspaper for several years, Kim realized her true passion was helping people find the houses of their dreams.

She has been a licensed agent and member of the National, Pennsylvania and Lancaster County Association of Realtors for 16 years. Her favorite part of matching a person up with a house is watching everything unfold from the minute they find the house, working through the details and ending up with keys in their hands. “A happy homeowner at the end of the day is my goal,” Kim said.

Kim graduated from Lampeter-Strasburg High School and Millersville University. She and her husband, Terry, are the parents of three children, Chase, Alli, and Lydia.
