Carmen was born in Virginia and moved to Lancaster County in the early 80's. She studied early education at Millersville University and a graduate of The Consolidated School of Business. She lives here in Lititz with her husband, Mike and has 4 children and 8 grandchildren. She raises chickens, raises 6 ESA and Registered Service Dogs and enjoys black and white photography. You can often find her out and about in Lititz behind the lens of a camera taking pictures of all the things Lititz has to offer!
